- MVYC OVERSIZE VARIANCE REQUEST – Owner/Member Use Only. Renter/Members are NOT PERMITTED to request an oversized variance.

| All slip rentals are for one full calendar year. When members rent a slip, all club usage passes to the renter of that slip. This includes vessel storage, second trailered boat, and 1 parking pass. |
| All owners & renters must supply a current certificate of insurance to MVYC Management: The owners & tenants shall at all times maintain fire, casualty, extended coverage, and liability insurance on its own personal property and boats. (See BY-LAWS ARTICLE IX, 9-500 for more information.) |
| All Owners & Renters must provide a set of keys to their vessels ignition and cabin doors the MVYC Management. |
- Form Rental Agreement Irwin — a legal agreement between the IRWIN and TENANT.
